From his campaign website: "Eugene is unapologetically pro-choice. When politicians try to limit our reproductive rights - whether access to abortion services, IVF, or contraception - Eugene will be there to defend our rights. He has a 100% rating with Planned Parenthood of PA."

During his time as State Auditor General, DePasquale investigated so-called Crisis Pregnancy Centers, which would later lead to their defunding.

Dave Sunday: Anti-Choice

According to Spotlight PA, he said "that he does not believe the state constitution guarantees a right to abortion access, arguing that decision belongs to the legislature."

Currently a State Representative, Kenyatta has proven his Pro-Choice record loudly and often. An example of the overlap between finances and abortion rights: he sponsored a bill that would require insurance companies to fully cover abortion services.

But in this age of misinformation, and misleading voters to think one way or another, I know for a fact, because as the State Director of the Kansas side of this, we looked at facts. We looked at how the people voted.

Recent heartbreaking news from Georgia illustrates the real consequences of this dangerous trend. The tragic cases of Candi Miller and Amber Nicole Thurman, reported by ProPublica, should not be a surprise. Candi's death was entirely preventable, yet it was precipitated by a climate created by Georgia legislators who pursued a near-total abortion ban earlier that year. This legislation not only imposed draconian penalties, including a potential 10-year prison sentence for violators, but also ignored the health and safety of women like Candi, leaving them vulnerable in critical situations.

The Georgia Legislature knew what it was doing.

Our Georgia research team uncovered documents showing that creating this environment was not an accident, but intentional. In signed documents gathered by Georgia Life Alliance, 17 Georgia legislators explicitly stated that there should be no exceptions to abortion bans—even in cases where the life of the mother is at risk. 

Furthermore, 52 legislators have signed a pledge asserting that they consider an embryo or fetus to have the same rights as a person, further complicating the issue and exacerbating the risks to maternal health.

We deserve to know where our legislators stand.

Our research team in Georgia is dedicated to uncovering the true positions of these candidates, even when they attempt to hide behind vague language. We believe that voters deserve to know where their local candidates stand on issues of reproductive rights.
